GO RAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By booking, participating in, or using the facilities at Go Rage, you ("Participant") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read this document carefully before proceeding with the waiver and participating in any activities at Go Rage. These Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure safety and provide the best possible experience for all participants.
1. Booking Policy
1.1 Booking Requirements
All bookings must be made in advance via the Go Rage website, by phone, or in person. When making a booking, the Participant must provide accurate details including their full name, contact information, medical conditions, and any other relevant details that may affect their ability to safely participate.
1.2 Booking Confirmation
Upon making a booking, a confirmation email or text will be sent to the Participant. This confirmation must be presented at the time of participation. It is the Participant's responsibility to ensure they arrive on time for their scheduled booking. Late arrivals may result in a reduced participation time, with no refund provided.
1.3 Booking Modifications and Cancellations
If the Participant wishes to modify or cancel a booking, they must notify Go Rage at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of any deposits or full payment. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
2. Health and Safety
2.1 Medical Disclosure
Participants must disclose any medical conditions, impairments, or medications that could affect their ability to participate safely in activities. Go Rage reserves the right to refuse service if the Participant's health or medical status poses a safety risk.
2.2 Substance Use
The use of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that impair judgment or physical ability is prohibited during participation in any Go Rage activity. If a Participant is found to be under the influence of any impairing substance, they will be immediately prohibited from participating, and no refund will be provided.
3. Participant Behavior and Conduct
3.1 Behavior Expectations
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward Go Rage staff, fellow participants, and the facility. Any disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior (including actions that endanger others) will result in immediate removal from the facility without refund. Go Rage reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet these behavior expectations.
3.2 Compliance with Staff Instructions
Participants must comply with all instructions provided by Go Rage staff, particularly during emergency situations. Failure to follow safety instructions may result in injury, harm, or removal from the facility.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
4.1 No Refunds
Go Rage has a strict no-refund policy for all bookings. This applies to late arrivals, discomfort during activities, or dissatisfaction with the experience. Refunds or rescheduling may be considered only in the case of illness or emergency and will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
5. Equipment, Safety Gear, and Damage
5.1 Equipment Usage
Participants agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions regarding the use of Go Rage's equipment and tools. Any misuse of equipment that results in damage or injury will be the responsibility of the Participant, who agrees to compensate Go Rage for any damage caused.
5.2 Mandatory Safety Gear
All participants must wear the required safety gear, including but not limited to helmets, goggles, and gloves. Failure to wear the required safety gear will result in prohibition from participation, and no refund will be issued.
6. CCTV Surveillance
Go Rage uses CCTV cameras throughout the facility for security and safety purposes. By entering the premises and participating in activities, participants consent to being recorded for security purposes. These recordings will not be used for promotional purposes unless explicitly consented to by the Participant in a separate agreement.
7. Release of Liability
7.1 Waiver of Liability
By booking and participating in rage room activities, the Participant agrees to release Go Rage, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage (including physical, emotional, or property damage) that may occur during participation. This includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from negligence or accidents.
